[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — noc on credit card

I have cleared the dues on my sbi credit card bearing no. [protected] on 07/06/2018 and requested to close my credit card over telephone and later on I got the confirmation of the same but till today I did not get any NOC over the said issue for which my cibil score is not updated. As per circular of SBI KCC limit 50000/ inspection charge will be debit Rs450
So my KCC limit 44000/ has been Debited my KCC account MARGRAM BRANCH BIRBHUM WB manager told me I DONT KNOW about the KCC

I have an account at Sbi and I received a phishing call from [protected] on 19 September 2018 at 15.51 hours. The caller told me that my account and ATM have been blocked and asked for the OTP.

When I told him that I don't have an account at Sbi, he abused me.
