State Bank Of India [SBI] — Non cooperation from bank regarding my account details

Respected sir, this is to inform you that for last two weeks one account is linked with my customer ID. which was reported to my branch and application was also given to branch manager (on 20/Nov/2015) but their is no response from branch and now even he is not receiving my calls and not giving response at branch also. kindly do the need full, because some one is using my personal details to open his account and this details are leaked from bank. so this is a great issue of worry for me so please take same action and close that account. thanks
