My husband was getting service pension vide ppo no c/gref/16610/2003 through sbi sultanpur sb acct no [protected]. My husband expired on 08 apr 18. My name exist in ppo for grant of family pension. As account of my husband was single hence account was closed. I opened a new in the same bank having account no[protected]. Paper for grant of family pension in my favour have already been forwarded by sbi sultanpur to commence family pension in my favour as per ppo. Cppc allahabad not granted on the ground that account of my husband was closed with debit balance of rs 1, 60, 006.00. Available balance at the time of death of my husband ie rs 27991.00 have already been deducted by cppc at their own. Now they are insisting to deposit remaining balance to start pension. I am old lady having no source of income. From where i can deposit such a huge amount. I approached cppc allahabad through rti to intimate details of debit balance but they have not provided the same. I had also requested to adjust amount from 08 apr 18 ie from the date of death of my husband till nov 18 and adjust balance amount in instalments. But cppc allahabad did not give any response.in view of this, please intervene in the matter and direct cppc allahabad to provide details of debit balance and start family pension.
