State Bank Of India [SBI] — non-reversal of rs. 1300/- in my account no. [protected] at sbi/hussainpur branch

I have made 2 no. Transaction of rs. 1300/- each for diesel filling in my car on 02/09/2019. But these transactions failed and i paid rs. 1300/- by cash on that time. But surprisingly, rs. 1300/- deducted 2 times from my account. One time the reversal of rs. 1300/- credited in my account on same day. But 2nd payment of rs1300 /- is still pending. Kindly reverse my payment of rs 1300/- in my account.
