State Bank Of India [SBI] — not available to withdraw cash from account

I had opened a account in february but I could not withdraw cash from my account-[protected], Although I had received my debit card and cheque book also, I had generated pin of debit card also it work in every fuction except withdrawl of cash, it is over 2 month I am facing this problem. I had visited my times to my home but they could not solve the problem, My branch code-06509
