State Bank Of India [SBI] — not get my amazon voucher by sbi rewardz | |||
I had withdrawn my sbi rewards point and purchase rs 543 that amazon e voucher i didn't gets to my email so i complained to sbi rewards customer care they said that voucher is sended to email which i didn't get. So i ask the company form which they purchase the they reply that all the details like my username [protected] and the amount are as i maintained but only the email address that i given at the time of purchase is not [protected]@gmail.com. Then after i call to sbi rewards customer care and conformed the about my email id which is i given at time of purchase is same but the company form which they purchase has different email so i didn't get my e voucher. I completed about this to sbi they told me that we can't do anything so please help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
