State Bank Of India [SBI] — Not providing documents for purchase of gold bond | |||
I have paid to SBI, Meenambakkam Branch to purchase Gold Bond on 22.01.16. The amount was debited from my Account on the same day itself. The Chief Manager told that my Bond will be delivered to my address within a week. Till the last week of February I didn't get my Bond. When contacted the Branch in person they said i will get it within a week. On 24.03.16 i have sent a mail to the brach and there was no reply. I have made so many reminders and complaint to SBI Customer Care. But no use. Till date the bank is not giving the documents/Soft copy. Visited the Branch in person on 25.4.16. The Cheif Manager told She will mail me the URL address. Till date I haven't received the URL. I have made complaints to SBI customer care, SBI Nodal officer AND SBI Chairman. No use. How long should i wait to get the documents for which I have invested.? Shame on SBI. They are not able to provide the documents. But they will always insist on to invest. Worst treatement. They made me to come in person many time and not able to provide the URL address. I have sent more mails. But no reply from them till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
