I have called the state bank of india customer service and no action is being taken. They said that they can't do anything with the reference number. And this big amount had been issued by them and i haven't received any of them in my account

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through this, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Have not received
