[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — online transfer not credited to my beneficiary account

I've transferred an amount of rs.16, 000/- on 1st december to my sister's a/c, through sbi app (Sbi anywhere), the amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary a/c.
Contacted sbi customer care and resolved that it has been credited to beneficiary a/c. (Complaint no.[protected]). But the amount has been not credited.

Request you to look into the matter-
