State Bank Of India [SBI] — passbook printing

After installing passbook printing machines, passbook printing has become a problem due to heavy rush. Bank staff do not co operate at all. Inspite of staff posted for printing, he remain sitting idle. If requested to print a pass book, he flately refuses saying that his duty is only to prepare new pass books. Senior citizens are especially harassed. Please solve this problem. I have narrated my experience at model town branch at karnal branch code 1761.

My money is deducted on the name of Google proxima beta ...18 times (8 times RS 799 *4 times RS499 * 12 times RS1 * 2times)total fraud of RS 8238 in my sbi bank account pls revert my amount urgently
