State Bank Of India [SBI] — payment amount deducted twice

Sir i made a payment for an appication for a college form for rs 2000 as on 23 rd cotober but the same has been deducted twice from my account. Kindly guide me through the procedure for geting the refund for the excess amount so deducted from the account. The application was for the insitite iift, delhi and the 2 acknowledgement number for the deduction of the amount are othpg[protected] and othpg[protected]
