State Bank Of India [SBI] — pmay subsidy not received

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for pmay scheme in april'18 but i have not received any benefit till date. I have been following up with bank but they have stopped replying me. I am not having any registered number to put my complaint in consumer grievances. I had complained to their customer care 6 months back and i had got reply that it is in process but there is no disbursement till date. Please help me.
