This was my bad/worse experience with sbi services.
On 4 of jan 2019 i went to sbi bank and bank manager "goraul - branch" convinced me sbi life policy.. Proposal no-1kna778758
I agreed with his said and gave him cheque of 50k on that same day but when i came back home i got call from conformation team about my proposal.
He explain me about this proposal policy. It was different then my acceptance so i dined on that same call for this proposal policy.
Next day i went to branch and complain about it same and gave him application too. Bank manager said no need to worry amount will be refunded with for 15 working days.
I waited for 15 working days and again went to branch for information, they said with-in this week it will be refunded, i waited again.. But at the end of week i called up customer care and they register complain and said you will get call from sbi life head office.. Complain no:[protected].
Yes i got call after 28 hour and he told me you have not initiated for payment so the payment is not cleared so i will process now but now it's been more then 4 days for that initiation and still payment is not made.
So now this is my complain for the refund and also for that interest of 1 month which sbi life has held my fund with them.
Because if we are late sbi made us pay fine and fee. Then why should't sbi pay compensation for delay in service tat. Was this information helpful? |
