State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund by amazon was not processed | |||
I have ordered shoe from amazon by cash on delivery online service. They have delivered promptly but the short sized, as an alternative, i have returned them giving my bank account number of sbi, yvu branch, kadapa so as to credit the cost of shoe i paid to them. They have collected the shoe on[protected], but the amount was not credited into my account till to day. When i inquired they have given the refund reference number and asked me to approach the bank. When i approached the sbi where i have my savings account that has been given to amazon, the bank manager simply said that, "we have nothing to do in this matter, you wait till the amount credited". Here is the message i received from the amazon, but refund of ₹1079/- still not credited to my account "your refund for the order[protected] of rs.1079.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected]. The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]" Please do the needful to credit my refund amount ₹1079/- into my account at the earliest. Thanking you, With best regards Dr. K.
