To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed" Dear sir A refund of 2059 rupees was successfully processed on 10 oct 10 to my account through amazon txn id no 110003 but acct was insta acct ([protected]) so sbi staff (Industrial area rohtak) told me it is auto closed we can' t do anything even though kyc given to them so i had open new aact. This amount amazon told me amount gone to sbi and sbi told we unable to trace out. My new acct is [protected], pl should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. Processer id - rsm[protected], and another txn id - 1111tl2qczcxujrgocbu27z5 I have called the state bank of india customer service and five times personally contact with the state bank of india home branch (Industrial area rohtak) manager but no response from his side. All the details many times including the unique transaction reference number given to him but he refused that these id can' t br traced in bank and nobody interested to solve the problems. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
