State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund Issued by amazon but bank hasn't processed it | |||
My Name is Hari Priya and i had ordered the product Mi dual driver Headset of Rs.799 in Amazon on 26/06/2020 and i returned this order due to technical reason on 28/06/2020. On July 9th 2020 Amazon issued the amount to my card but still i didn't get the money. Amazon has sent this reference number 515722 and I've tried SBI costumer service but they are not responding to the complaint raised. so please kindly respond to this complaint. It's very urgent!
