Hello team,
I have purchased an order for a gas stove (Videm Gas Stove SS2 196 A Black) on amazon on 15th April, it was delivered on 20th April and as it was damaged, I have returned it back to amazon on 24th April.
While I have ordered it for cash on delivery, Amazon has processed my refund to my back account that I have added in my amazon application.
Amazon Customer service had informed that the refund was initiated on 24th April, however it was not credited yet. After multiple followups, one of the CSA have provided me a Refund Reference Number on 12th May and asked to contact bank if the refund is still not processed and asked to dispute the transaction.

When I have reached to the bank, the bank manager informed that there are no transaction details on the reference number provided. When I asked for charge dispute form, they said they dont have forms available and said couldnot download a simple charge dispute form as their servers are busy.
Such a shame on SBI to say server busy to download a form and deny to take a chargeback request.
Kindly check the details and credit my refund to my bank account.
