State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund made but not credited in my account

Sir i buy a product from amazon.com but unfortunately my order has been cancelled a
nd amazon made refund of rs. 2783 on 25 january 2019 through same method of payment that i use to pay using BHIM APP Amazon.com has provided me transaction number of that refund that they made i.e[protected] but amount amount is not credited in my bank account when i aproach bank they ask no money has been credited in your account by amazon.com after that i call BHIM APP helpline and provide trasaction number after check they ask amazon has made the refund sucessfully this is your bank error after that i re-approach bank they are not able to help u
Please help me to get my money back
