My name is shubhamji pandey, i have an account in purvanchal gramin bank. Recently, i used my purvanchal debit card for online shopping from amazon but the product was defected so i returned that. My refund for amount rs 549 has been successfully processed on[protected], and refund reference # 0tipy26g0000k0qld8g4. And the amount must be refected in my account by now but it is not. My branch - 04bankata, ifsc - sbin0rrpugb, account no - [protected], mob no - [protected].
