State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not reflected in the account | |||
Hello Sir/ma'am. I am Amogh Mulawekar. I had ordered sparx shoes of rs 588 from Amazon on 20 may and canceled it on 21 may bcz of some personal issue. The redund of 538 rs(50 was deducted as I got Amazon pay cashback) was processed by them on 22 may. But yet I didn't get the refund which was supposed to reflect by 29th may as I paid through amazon upi id [protected]@apl . They've given me a reference id as[protected] and told me to contact sbi care to fill charge dispute form. I didn't get any help from sbi and Amazon also. I contacted sbi for about 20 times and Amazon for about 30 times. I'm seriously tired of writing them or calling them. I want to file a charge dispute. I hope you'll help me out.
