Hi team, It's regarding a refund transaction #946285 issued by Amazon India on[protected] for Rs. 10, 619 and Rs. 100. I have attached the coipes of transaction details from the Amazon side. Amazon customer service team has confirmed that the credit has been issued from their end but the amount hadn't been credited to sbi bank account yet. I have confirmed the same with sbi branch manager and your customer service helpline but they have requested me to lodge a dispute form from my end.
