State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund problem I haven't received my refund

I have cancelled a order of 385 from amazon on 10/08/20 n it was initiated from their side as well.. But haven't credited to my account it has been 11 days now i haven't received my refund. I request you to look into this matter... I haven't got any support from the bank.. I want you to to solve my problem please.. Sir/mam
