State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund process successfully by amazon.in but not credited to my accounts | |
I have cancelled an order (Order#[protected] from amazon.in for which i paid rs.118 and amazon initiated the payment process on 31st august, 2019 and said it will be credited to my accounts in 4/5 business working days. But its already passed 11 days, still amount is not credited by sbi. I have contacted amazon customer care 4/5 times they told payment processed successfully so i have to contact sbi branch or contact sbi customer care only. I got a transactions reference number form amazon which is #[protected]. Whenever i visit sbi home branch they didn't respond my issues just told me contact amazon.in again i called amazon customer care for solve the problem but same thing they repeating... Just contact sbi... Sir we are helpless whom i have to contact or how to claim the amount its a head ache to the customer.in my case it is a small amount, if it is big amount then what will be pressure to the consumer.
