Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 549rupees and 439rupees was successfully processed on 11th of october 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
I am also providing you the refund reference no. S of both the transactions

My compalint has not been resolved and yet it has been marked as resolved.I am really disappointed regarding this consumer complaint platform if the problems are just mere in addition of there non solvable problems.I would really appreciate if the tendency of maintaining the service centered relation and problem solving approach of the state

I have paid to urban clap 1741 rs using Amazon through my SBI card I have called Amazon they gave me the reference no 74332749290928987939813 and call and ask SBI but I haven't received any information and or refund please help me out

On dt.27/09/2019, I had an transaction with amazon.in of Rs.19800 through EMI system SBI net banking.I cancelled the order, for which the seller amazon.in has refunded an amount of Rs.18290 vide refund ref. no- IN[protected] on dt.30/09/2019.But till now the amount has not been credited in my loan account no-[protected].
The employee of sbi deny me your are not able to get atm card because you are using upi transaction
