Dear sir, Iam an existing customer of sbi credit card and i utilize the limit, where as i am paying every month minimum due and i was raised request for to convert my total outstanding to emi. Yesterday i received a call from pradeep (Sbi recovery) and his number is [protected].in conversation he started using abusing words which i have never heard in my life and he started threatening. This kind of behaviour and arrassment from a agent is disturbing my personal and professional space. Please do help me and if possible convert outstanding in to emi.
