My credit card was blocked due to suspicious activates but all the transaction done by my side only but transaction was failed but amount was deducted from my card i want to know the transaction my card was blocked kindly unblock my card confirm me immediately

I am unable to use international transaction using my visa debit card ending with 8770
I tried serval times for ecom or pos transaction in international website neteller but every transaction was failed and bank charging 23.60rs for every failed transaction without any sms notification it is reflecting only in statement so kindly refund i lost overall failed transaction rs is 450rs
