Current account [protected] has been opened on 29 Nov 2016 and application ID 498909 dtd 30 Nov 2016 was forwarded for installation of swipe machine but till date i.e. 12 Dec 2016 has not been installed yet in spite of the repeated reminders, several efforts, requests, meeting with branch manager, calling people whomsoever is responsible.
Also till date neither internet banking activated nor any documents received by bank.

I am using internet banking.Now, I would like to apply for the cheque book online internet banking.It give message for me CHEQUE BOOK NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS ACCOUNT.
