State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding the refund from amazon

I have philips headphones from amazon order[protected],
Worth 755 and my refund is of 579 which is being initiated by amazon on 20th august 2019 yet now the refund is not reflecting in my account.

Refund reference number: 3*89 authorization code from amazon.
I am not sharing the code intentionally.
I have ordered for my family member in hyderabad

Please look into it as i have talked with both the end amazon as well as the banking partner.
