State Bank Of India [SBI] — regarding transfer of payment and exorbitant charging

Dear sir
As per the account statement issued for the period[protected] to[protected], you have debited our account no[protected] an exorbitant amount of rs. 14, 996.0 for transfer of insurance amount (Ref. Cheque no, transfer to [protected]sbi general insurance) dated 18th, oct, 2018.
In this connection i would like to inform that the amount debited is not only exorbitant, but un-reasonable and unjustified.
You are, as such requested kindly to to relook into the matter and charge the genuine amount for the transaction.

My debit/sbi acct has a chare of 206.50 tho silver-global that I am unaware of making.
sbi provides NO link/websyte to address this error

I returned an order to amazon and got transaction processed by them it was not credited into my account. I charge Dispute but they did not do anything.I visited sbi home branch but they blatantly refused to help stating that they cannot do anything.
I am mentally tortured because of all this

Sir, my name is jhuma hazra. I want my money back as soon as possible from investment intermidi. Why they deduct rupee 295 from my account? And how could you allow this? They sach a fraud company I think. I never invests a single penny in this company. Please help me sir.

It is found out that every month an amount of RS 295 is deducted automatically without my prior permission.
And I have not been informed nor I have approved of any such deductions.
I want complete details of the transactions being done from my account.
