[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Rejection of credit card application without giving reasons after collecting all documents and information | |||
Dear sir, I have applied for the SBI credit card on 9th Feb with ref no[protected], and got call several call from representative till 3 days for confirmation of add and requirements, Every documents were collected and i got final call saying to confirm the details as to be printed on card and add for delivery. I did all that and they told will get card in 7 days. Next day i was tracking the status and found that "We regret to inform that processing cant be done as i don't meet the requirements". Is this joke?? I have already Credit card and knows how it works and maintaining it since 2012 even this information was taken. I gave all sorts of Documents to the Bank that also scanned copy through Watsapp as asked. So what about the security of my details??? And this must be told clearly what are the guidelines and need. These all you people realize after taking all documents and details. At least we may expect the reason of rejection??? Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Well it has not been resolved by any means. and also not received call yet or rejection message saying that sorry to inform that we cant process your request with so and so reason. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
