Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Mr Rajesh V. Lad working as Cashier in NITIE, Mumbai. I want to complain about the SBI Vihar Lake Branch Manager Mr Prasad Lagad. I went to SBI, Vihar lake branch on Saturday evening for asking procedure of getting a Bank letter for my domicile certificate. I asked through a staff to Manager about procedure to get it. First He said SBI don't give that kind of letter. Then after sometime he called me in. He asked me to apply and told me I will give it in few minutes. I wrote an application & about to give him. He said SBI will charge for it. I asked him how much. He said charges will be debited from your Bank account. He didn't tell exact charges. Then he took the letter and said you will get it on Monday. I asked whether can I get a office copy of my application. He returned back my application and told me if you don't trust and all then come on Monday.
The way he behaved was really not at all supportive and it was improper. When I asked about it he rushed at me & talked with me very rudely & arrogantly. His way of talking was not as any Branch manager supposed to talk with the customer at any given time. This is very heartening that a National level Bank branch Manager is talking like this and its hampering SBI image as a whole. NITIE is a privileged customer of SBI vihar lake branch and we as a NITIE employee don't expect this kind of behavior from SBI employee.
I hope this matter will be taken care and I won't have to face the same situation again. Was this information helpful? |
