State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi collect shows transaction failed but money debited from the account

I have made a transaction of rs 7118 via bhim on 18th july 2020 at 4:22 pm ist transaction was successful and the money is even debited from my icici bank account but the beneficiary account i. E state bank of india shows transaction as failed. Could you please help check the issue and initiate a refund as soon as possible to my icici bank
