Hello sir, my name is animesh srivastava. I paid an amount of 45511 using sbi collect mops service but at last page after i entered otp it shows transaction failure but the i received a sms which is like: thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx9913 for a purchase worth rs45511 on pos[protected] at mops-sbc-our-card-dr txn#[protected]. The transaction is between 20:00 and 21:00 on 13-july-2016. Now i don't know what to do as i have to submit my semester fee. Please credit my money into my account asap.
