I am shubham sharma. I am a guilt-full owner of sbi credit card. When i apply for the card they told me that i can convert any purchase into emi but everytime when i do so they denied saying not eligible. Now my dues rise from 15k to 25k and going on. I am somehow making payment of minimum due which i can afford to pay. Now i am not able to pay this amount as well due to financial crises. I talked to sbi regarding the same and ask for closure of my card and divide total due into emi so that i can pay it. But they are not helping me on this. Can rbi help me in resolving this problem of mine. Please help.
