Many time machine not work 3 machine not maintain by branch.in our branch one other most common problem is sbi automatic passbook update machine not maintain by branch for that customer have so many problems for updating. I also suggested you please pasbook updating facility alltime activate because customer know about his /her passbook balance. Please solv this issue for better customer service.
