State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi i collect payment failure but amount deducted from account

I paid my fees of rs 31, 000 using sbi collect i made the payment on 17st july... But the status is failure... Its now more than 24 hrs but nothing has happened. Plz help me fast. I am really in need of money.
