[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi involving in fraud (sell personal info to 3rd party) and then claiming to me to reply the dues!! 1 | |||
I have been offered sbi platinum cc and after the 1st bill payment i got a call from [protected], stating that they are from sbi dept, having all my 16 digit card no, dob, my 1st bill payment amount & dt for payment, my billing address n so on. They said that my 3000 gift voucher which i was about to get with this card would be dispatched for that they need my approval. Through this i was robbed 47000, i blcoked my card within 1 hr, and vey next day i visited sbi cc main office and cyber crime office with all the proofs and details. I even send emails, tweeted, sent hard copies to the main branch in haryana, completed all the legal procedures.in spite of all the proofs, sbi is claiming the fraud amount from me. My request was not accepted and they denied to help me out. If is is my mistake then ho w did they know all my personal info. On top of that when i contacted customer care executive, he said that our (Sbi) data base was hacked so it is not our (Sbi) fault. Please contact sbi branch. No one is ready to take the call nor help me out from all the mess. This is adversely affected my cibil score and now i am been sent to the defaulter list. Till date i have never ever failed to pay my installments or dues, but due to this fraud, i am getting harassment calls from sbi. Try to resolve my issue, its has been nearly a year and still no satisfactory resolution from your end. I have already mailed all the details n shared the reference number too. Please check with ur internal Dept and plz find the resolution asap. The attachment that I have attached have all the info and th reference id that I provided have all the things as well. Would request u to contact me asap and resolve.
