[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi recovery - threatening calls

Someone gave my number in reference for their credit card and now i am getting calls from your team to contact that person. I don't even know the person (Gonney malhotra), pls let me know why am i being harassed for their due payments? Everyday i get calls from different numbers. I have asked them many times not to call since i dont know who the person is. If someone gave my number, did bank verify it with me?
