[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi tata credit card reward point

I am a sbi tata credit card holder of your bank & my credit card no is [protected] & in my credit card there are 1042 reward point credit but i can't redeem my reward point in tata's partner outlet i have made complaint more than 6 time & every time same answer given by your team to revisit outlet again i have visited six time at star bazar & west side in last three months but no result given by your team. All the time your team answer me as below

Now tell me what to do about my complaint can you resolve it or i have to go in consumer forum?

I have made complaint on [protected]@sbicard.com too but it is vest of my time & my money

Two time i had received answer like this from tata card team
Dear tata cardholder, we have evaluated your complaint related to edc-card usage against sr#[protected] and regret to inform that same could not be resolved in your favour - tata card.

So i think i have to go in consumer forum now

If possible please send any one of your representative with me to check my complaint

Please reply me within 12 hour because i cant redeem my reward point which i tried last three month & some of my reward point will expired on 30th november & today is 29th november

I cant redeem my reward point by your end & why i have to bare it?
