I made a upi transaction of ₹10, 000 using sbi anyware app to my another personal account on 15th feb 2019. The transaction was successful but the payment didn’t credited to my other account. I raised a dispute on the sbi app itself but even after 2 days, it is still in the same status “awaiting bank response”. I called the sbi customer support but they are not helping at all. I contacted sbi support via email but they didn’t even send a simple automated email confirming they got my complaint. Sbi is the worst bank to have an account. It’s been 3 days since the issue occurred, still no response from sbi by email nor sms.
