State Bank Of India [SBI] — sms alerts from sbi for unknown account activities

Dear sir/madam,

Since last 6 months, i am receiving sms alerts to my mobile number whenever there is a transaction happens on a specific account which doesn't belong to me. One of such sms alert is given below.

Rs 3000 withdrawn from a/c xx 4528 on 26/11/18 at syb atm a1303001. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 1447.88. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

I want to know on whose name the account is and why i am receiving those alerts.

Sir,
I am not interested to invest money in INVESTMENT INTERMEDIA. Bank automatically deducted money Dated 25 SEpt, 2018 Rs 2562/- from my Loan insurance Account NO[protected] so please Refund my money.

On17th July my account debited rs44250 of cgsme fess but already my term loan account nil on 2015 then I contact branch they reply we will mail Mumbai after some days refund but yet not refund
