I have ordered a Sony 64gb pendrive from Amazon and paid the money online, but due to certain reasons I cancelled my order and it was said that you will directly get your refund of 819 rupees in your bank account through the number registered to the bank within 5 working days but it didn't came, my no. and all other details are also correct Then I contacted Amazon services and they said we have returned your money and now you have to contact your bank for further details(the order was of total 849 but 30 rupees was in my Amazon pay which I have received) Was this information helpful? | |||

Also there are no replies to the mails sent to the branch regarding any issue.
People who reside other than in Bangalore do not have any update of any issue faced by them unless they personally walk into the branch.
