I have received a msgs for purchase

"sbidrcard x2698 used for rs4099.00 on01oct19 at00212955 txn#628921 if not done fwd this sms to [protected]/call[protected]/[protected] to block card"

On 1st oct 2019. This transaction has not carried out by me and not reflected in my subscription/ purchase history also i have not received otp also.

Kindly check and refund my money as soon as quickly
