Dear sir A refund of 535 rupees was successfully processed on 25 sep., 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Sir mere account se rupees 40000 ki fraud hui h, na mere number pe paise katne ki na koi message nhi aaya tha, mai F.I.R kar ke pareshan ho gya hu, lekin koi responces nhi aaya, isliye sir mera help kigiye, ar sir mai bahut pareshan ho gya hu

Same with me. Multiple deductions as DOM charges by SBI. LIterally this is frustrating. Who will resolve this issue?
I made a purchase of Rs 500 using my sbi netbanking transaction no:[protected]IGAHCGIKS1 on 27th September 2019.The cash has been deduced from my account, but the purchase was unsuccesful. Kindly do the refund to my account.
