State Bank Of India [SBI] — tracking and confirmation of my order

I pay through amazon pay upi transaction in oct 3 to sarita samal. 300 ruppes debited from my account but still it showing pending status. No one can solve my case neither sbi customer care nor amazon. Amazon say that they reverse the transaction but it pending by bank. But bank says we can not do anything.
And customer care angry upon me whatever am i call

though bank reference id generated but customer care says they can not do any thing
