I have made a transaction of Rs.20000/- on 6th of Nov from my account throught ATM machine. Amount was debited but the cash was not withdrawn.when i raised a complaint to SBI, their executive escalated and refunded partial amount of Rs.10000 and close the ticket.I called them today and asked why, they replied that they have mistaken as 10k and refund and to credit the rest of the amount, i need to create a phone banking Id.When you are able to refund 10k, why complicating for another 10k.
