[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction from my credit card | |
Transaction of an amount of RS.1649/- was made from my credit card on 01.05.2018 for CPP ASSISTANCE. I have never agreed to do transaction. I am not interested in subscribing the plan again. Please look into the matter and refund/ reverse the amount of RS.1649/- to my credit card account. Once we have agreed for that year, it doesn't mean that life long one can deduct amount without the permission of card holder. My credit card is visa platinum xxxxxxxxxx----8027. I paid NPS amount through SBI on 2nd May 2018, But till now money is not credited to NPS account. Please do the needful.
And also I didn't get any update from SBI as of now.

With out my permission every time in my account debited 295 rupees for the Investment Intermedi. Deducted 3 times.
So, please refund my money.
And block investiment intermedi.
