State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction issues | |||
Dear sir, This is neelamjyoti lahkar (Bank account number - [protected], panbazar guwhati branch, mobile number-[protected]).in the first week of november 2018, an amount of rupees 10404 was transferred to my sbi bank account from phone pe app with bank reference number (Arn)-74332748298829784924160. But, the said amount is not showing in my account. It's been so many times i visited my home branch, and asked for checking. But, every time, they are denying and they don't even want to put a complain or willing to check through the reference number. I am at a loss and no one is helping. Even chargebank form is not given to me, when i have asked for that. Kindly help me with the process and let me know, what should i do to get my money. It's becoming very tough for me, when home branch bank is not helping or giving any required follow up.
