I have Paid 150₹ through upi transaction...my account was debited... but it was not received by another account...

I am not satisfied with sbi credit card Service I want to close my credit card And close my account I have not use my credit but company send me bill 1060 I pay 1060 but company send me bill 1667 it's leagly like fraud I want close my account
