I made an UPI payment through MOBIKWIK platform to make HDFC credit card payment on 9th of June 2023. Transaction amount of Rs.5850/-
I committed an error while entering last 4 digits of credit card number.
I entered xxxxx9533 instead of 4534. Amount got debited from my SBI savings account and was credited to ICICI credit card as per SBI CUSTOMER CARE. SBI provided resolution and gave account details to which the amount was credited. Contacted ICICI bank credit card and gave them the details for which they have officially confirmed the account number does not belong to ICICI bank and I have to contact home branch. for last one and half month, the same story is being told by both SBI and ICICI, and my amount is still not reversed. I am confused and see no way forward. hence raising this complaint.
